HOW CAN I BOOK?

You will receive an offer valid for two days. The offer will also include the quotation of your holiday if you mentioned in your request the number and the age of the persons.

DO I HAVE TO BOOK?

Booking is recommended in the periods of high season (D+E) and in all the periods with few vacancies.

CAN I GIVE MY PREFERENCE?

Accommodation: In the low and middle season, the area of allocation may change. The booking guarantees only the type of accommodation and the period of the stay. The accommodation unit number can not be assigned before the start of the stay
Pitches: the number of the camping pitch is always mentioned in the offer.

HOW CAN I CONFIRM MY BOOKING?

Just send us an e-mail or answer to our offer; please remember always to mention your offer number. You can also add all extra information you may need.
Click “Fill in the form” in our confirmation e-mail.
The form has to be filled in, accepted, saved and sent back (click SEND at the end of the page).
The deposit can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer (after receiving the payment, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail).
After completing the form, you can proceed with the check-in online.

WHICH ARE THE CANCELLATION TERMS?

- In case of cancellation request, of the complete holiday or of a part of it, received until 45 days prior to arrival date, the deposit will be refunded 100%. The refunding will take place within 90 days from the cancellation date.


- In case of cancellation request, of the complete holiday or of a part of it, received between 44 and 30 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. The refunding will take place within 90 days from the cancellation date. 

- In case of cancellation request, of the complete holiday or of a part of it, received between 29 days prior to arrival date and the arrival date, or in case of no-show, the deposit will not be refunded. - The booking fees will not be refunded in any case.

WHAT DO I NEED TO CHECK-IN

On arrival, you are asked to show all passports/ID for police registration.
If you have already checked-in online, please show the PDF with the barcode.
If you rented an accommodation, remember that a deposit € 100,00 has to be paid cash or by credit card (Visa/MasterCard); it will be refunded on departure after the inspection of the accommodation.

HOW AND WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY MY STAY?

To confirm your booking, you are asked to pay a deposit. The remaining amount, if not paid in advance, must be paid not later than 2 days after arrival directly at the camping cash desk (from 8 to 12 and from 16 to 19).
It is possible to pay in cash, pin or credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD) only if signed by the holder. Bank checks are not accepted.

HOW CAN I BOOK FOR MORE FAMILIES?

You can send us an e-mail or fill in the form on our web-site; don’t forget to write the details of each family (family name, home address, e-mail, number and age of the persons)

CAN I BRING THE DOG?

Dogs are forbidden in all the accommodation; they are allowed in the camping places according to our regulation

I HAVE RESERVED AN ACCOMMODATION. WHAT SHALL I BRING?

Pillows, pillowcases, blankets and kitchen utensils are already included.
You have to provide for sheets and towels, unless otherwise specified; it is also possible to rent them on the campsite
Kitchen linens are never included.

IS THE FINAL CLEANING INCLUDED?

On departure guests have to leave the accommodation clean and tidy, otherwise the final cleaning will costs € 35,00/50,00; the kitchen stove and ware have to be cleaned in any case.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PLACE A TENT NEXT TO THE ACCOMMODATION?

No,it's no possible.

HOW MANY AMPER HAVE THE PITCHES?

6 Amp.

ARE THE PITCHES SHADED?

The places can be: in part sunny and shaded.

I BOOKED A PITCH, WHAT DO I NEED?

You need an European power connection (eurostecker), tv-sat cable and water tube (1/2’’); further information can be found on the following link

WHERE CAN I DUMP MY BLACK WATER TANK?

At the camper service station or in the chemical toilets in all the toilet building.

DO I HAVE TO WEAR THE BATHING CAP IN THE SWIMMING POOL?

All swimming pool users must wear the swimming cap, imposed by hygiene requirements; it’s possible to buy the cap at the “Wave bar” or in the supermarket.

IS THE SWIMMING POOL HEATED?

No it isn’t.

CAN NON RESIDENT GUESTS USE THE SWIMMIN POOL?

The entrance to the swimming pool is not allowed to non-resident guests. They can go to the beach and swim in the lake by paying the daily entrance fee according to our pricelist

WHAT CAN I RENT?

It’s possible to rent bicycles, canoes, water bikes … see the rentals page

CAN I RENT A FRIDGE?

Sorry, we have no fridge to rent.

DO NON RESIDENT GUESTS HAVE ACCESS TO THE BEACH?

To access to the beach, non-resident guests have to pay a daily entrance fee according to our pricelist

IS THE BEACH ORGANISED?

No it isn’t

CAN I BRING A MOTOR BOAT?

On the Lake of Mergozzo the circulation of motor boats is banned; for this reason the campsite has no buoys.

IS THERE A FREE WI-FI ?

WI-FI is free with 80% of coverage guaranteed.

CAN I BARBECUE?

Barbecue is possible only if the fire code is respected: see the camping regulation exposed on the notice boards inside the campsite.

DO I HAVE TO RESPECT A TIME FOR SILENCE?

The time for silence is from 23.00 o’clock until 8.00 o’clock.

CAN FRIENDS OR RELATIVES VISIT ME? - CAN VISITORS ENTER THE CAMPSITE AS EXTERNAL GUESTS?

Guests have to leave their documents at the Reception and pay the daily rate according to the pricelist.
They can not use the swimming pool.

WHERE CAN I BUY THE FISHING PERMIT?

To fish in the Lake of Mergozzo you need a fishing permit; ask for it at the Reception or Infopoint. Children under 14 years old don’t need any permit.

HOW FAR IS THE NEAREST VILLAGE?

The small village of Fondotoce is easily accessible on foot or by bicycle, thanks to the bike lane near the campsite. The village of Mergozzo is only 3 km far. 

DO I HAVE TO WEAR A BRACELET?

In order to guarantee the security and a better control within the campsite, everybody (adults and children) must wear the bracelet on the wrist.

WHAT IS A PAYCARD?

Is your electronic purse inside the campsite. It has to be used for any kind of payment at: bar, restaurant, supermarket… everybody can have a paycard, children too
