With a surface of about 30 square meters (with wooden veranda) makes living space for a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 6 people (5+1 child)

It is equipped with kitchenette with sink, kitchenware, a 4 gas hob, dishwasher, refrigerator. TV-sat, filter coffee machine and microwave. Living/dining room with sofa. Bathroom with toilet ,shower and washbasin. One bedroom with a double bed and Wc and one with three beds. Blankets,  pillows with cases, sheets  and towels are already included.  Air conditioning included for 10 hours daily (€ 0,50 for each extra hour).

Arrival and departure day: every day (in high season and in all the periods with few vacancies it's possible to book only weekly 7,10 and 14 nights). Reserved accommodation are only available from 16.00 o'clock.
Leaving at night: departures before 8.00 am are possible only by prior arrangement with the Management. In this case the payment of the final cleaning is mandatory and a pre-authorisation with credit card (Visa or Mastercard, it usually requires a pin code) is necessary as deposit.
