The service is free of charge and covers both the camping area and the village area, but the size and shape of the Camping Village, with its extensive vegetation and trees, does not guarantee a perfect connection in every area or corner of the campsite.

A paid service with a PAY CARD. In the central area of the Camping Village, at the Services block S2, washing machines and dryers are available for your laundry.

The customer must provide the washing detergent themselves.

CAMPER&CAR SERVICES

CAMPER SERVICE, CHEMICAL WC, CAMPER CLEAN, CAR WASH

On our campsite, you will find:

N° 1 CAMPER SERVICE, access to which is facilitated by ample space. A drinking water fountain is also available. Free service near the Reception.
N° 5 CHEMICAL WC for flushing the extractable tanks installed in motorhomes. Free service in each sanitary facilities of the campsite. (S1_Reception, S2, S3, S4 e S5)
N° 1 functional CAMPER CLEAN for automatic flushing and washing of the tanks installed in motorhomes. A paid service with a token near the sanitary facilities S2.
A free self-service car wash is also available next to the Camper Service near the Reception.

PAY CARD

THE PAY CARD

It is an electronic wallet that replaces the use of cash (no longer accepted) for payments within the campsite.

It is a nominal, rechargeable card that everyone can have (adults and children) and which is handed out upon arrival.
It can only be recharged with cash at the RICARICREDIT recharge points located on the campsite.
To pay, simply deliver it to the cashier of the service you are using and via the integrated RFID device, the credit will be deducted from the amount spent.
It must be returned before departure, and any remaining credit will be refunded at Reception.
In the event of non-delivery within the established deadlines, the card will be disabled at the end of the season.
In case of loss, immediately notify Reception, who will deactivate the card and create a duplicate on which the remaining credit present at the time of the report for loss will be reactivated.
At reception you can always ask for the transactions and all fees charged on all your pay cards.

SANITARY FACILITIES (S1-S2-S3-S4-S5)

Fully equipped (toilets, showers, washbasins, dishwashers) and easily accessible sanitary facilities are available to our guests, all with hot water and equipped with:

Facilities for the disabled,
Baby Room,
toilet paper, soap and towels.

In low and mid-season, the sanitary facilities are opened and closed according to attendance at the discretion of the management. Guests are requested to enquire about these dates in connection with the choice of pitch to be booked.

INFO POINT

From May until September the Staff at our INFO POINT is ready to welcome you and provide information on our territory: the sightseeing, the main attractions and a variety of activities, timetables, prices and useful advices!
Guests can also book our tours, buy bus tickets, fishing permits for Lake Mergozzo and much more.
INFO POINT is open every day from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 17.00 to 21.00

RENTAL OF SHEETS AND TOWELS

FOR GUESTS STAYING IN A MOBIL HOME OR APARTMENT it is possible to rent:

They can be rented upon arrival at the Reception or they can also be requested in advance when booking. The rental price is for every change (optional) or per night depending on the service.
