To book you only have to:

  • fill the form on the website

You will receive an offer by email that will be valid for two days.

Don't forget to mention the number of people and the age of the children (if present) in your request, so the offer will also include a quote.

  • Accommodation: It is always possible to indicate your preferences, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that this will be possible. The reservation guarantees the type of accommodation and the period of stay. The number of the accommodation unit cannot be assigned before the beginning of the stay. The assignment must take into account multiple factors that do not allow us to guarantee an exact number of accommodation.
  • Pitches: The pitch number is always specified in the offer. Should your expressed preference be unavailable, an alternative option will be provided.

To confirm the reservation, you need to:

  • Reply by email to the received offer, including the offer number and any requested information;


Following your acceptance of the offer, you will receive a confirmation email containing a yellow "Fill out form" link to click;
The form you will see must be filled out, accepted, saved, and sent back by clicking SEND at the bottom of the page.

  • In case of cancellation request, of the complete holiday or of a part of it, received until 45 days prior to arrival date, no penalty will be applied and the deposit will be refunded 100%. The refunding will take place within 90 days from the cancellation date.
 
  • In case of cancellation request, of the complete holiday or of a part of it, received between 44 and 30 days prior to arrival date, a penalty of 50% of the amount requested as a deposit will be applied. The refund of the difference will take place within 90 days from the cancellation. 
 
  • In case of requests for cancellation of the reservation, for part or for the entire stay, made between the 29th day before the expected date of arrival and the day of arrival, or in case of no-sho, 100% of the requested deposit will be  charged and the deposit will not be refunded.
 
  • The booking fees (€10.00) will not be refunded in any case. In case no booking fees were stated at the time of booking and by derogation from the above mentioned condition, €10 cancellation fees will be withheld.
 

We accept requests for changes or cancellation only via written communications to info@campingcontinental.com.

Any changes to the booking and/or total or partial cancellation of the stay are subject to the booking conditions on the confirmation form.

It is possible to pay the deposit:

  • With a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) in the Online Payment section on our website.
  • By bank transfer.

The deposit must be paid within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation."

  • ACCOMMODATION (Maxi Caravan and Apartmnets) : reservations are always required.
  • PITCHES: During the high season (periods D+E) and on holidays, long weekends, or other times of high influx, it is essential to make a reservation. In other periods, a reservation is not always mandatory, but it is still recommended

  • BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:

In order to fully enjoy your holiday without wasting time, we kindly ask you to pay the remaining amount in advance, at latest

5 days before arrival, by  credit card or by bank transfer.
 
  • AT THE CAMPISTE:

PAY DESK (8.00-12.00,16.00-19.00): It is possible to pay the balance in cash, pin or credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD).

 BANK CHEQUES and unsigned credit cards by the holder are NOT accepted.
 
 

  • Upon arrival, you have to show all passports/ID (includeing children) for police registration.
  • If you have already checked-in online, please show also the PDF with the barcode

  • You must provide your vehicle's licence plate number in order to activate and allow entry and exit. The camera will read your number plate to allow the barrier to be opened.
  • If you rented an accommodation, remember that a deposit € 100,00/150,00 has to be paid by cash money.

Our ONLINE CHECK-IN service is designed to collect the necessary information in advance, making the check-in process upon arrival simpler and faster.

 

The data provided through the online system can be used to prepare for your welcome; however, it is essential to conduct an in-person identity verification to ensure compliance with the security regulations established by the Ministry of the Interior. Therefore, interaction with the Reception and verification of the match between the guest and the identity documents presented remain indispensable.

 

Identity verification is a legal obligation, as required by the Consolidated Law on Public Security (TULPS). The Ministry of the Interior emphasizes that the obligation to identify the guest is aimed at allowing public security authorities to monitor the movement of guests, preventing situations where suspicious or wanted individuals may hide within accommodation facilities.

 

The link for ONLINE CHECK-IN will be provided at the time of booking, after you have completed the confirmation form sent via email.

 

You can complete the online check-in up to a maximum of 36 hours before your arrival.

Dogs are forbidden in all the accommodation; they are allowed in the camping places according to our dog regulation.

They are only on request and upon reservation.

Pillows, pillowcases, blankets and kitchen utensils are already included.
You have to provide for sheets and towels, unless otherwise specified; it is also possible to rent them on the campsite
Kitchen linens are never included.

On departure guests have to leave the accommodation clean and tidy, otherwise the final cleaning will costs min.€ 40,00/max € 50,00 depending on the type of the acommodation;The kitchenett must be cleaned in any case and all WASTE must be removed from the accommodation and taken to the recycling containers inside the camping.

All swimming pool users must wear the swimming cap, imposed by hygiene requirements; it’s possible to buy the cap at the “Wave bar” or in the supermarket.

On the Lake of Mergozzo the circulation of motor boats is banned; for this reason the campsite has no buoys.

WI-FI is free with 80% of coverage guaranteed.

The open-air structure of the campsite with plants and trees in movement and the size of the structure, cannot guarantee the perfect connection in every area, pitch or corner of the campsite. Thank you for understanding.

Barbecue is possible only if the fire code is respected: see the camping regulation exposed on the notice boards inside the campsite.

The time for silence is from 23.00 o’clock until 8.00 o’clock.

The small village of Fondotoce is easily accessible on foot or by bicycle, thanks to the bike lane near the campsite. The village of Mergozzo is only 3 km far. 

In order to guarantee the security and a better control within the campsite, everybody (adults and children) must wear the bracelet on the wrist.

Is your electronic purse inside the campsite. It has to be used for any kind of payment at: bar, restaurant, supermarket… everybody can have a paycard, children too
